“I have a particular interest in sports injuries and pregnancy related dysfunction”
A bit about me
My musculoskeletal career started in 2011 as a massage therapist. How- ever, a desire for more advanced diagnostic skills, knowledge and therapeutic techniques resulted in me studying at the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic.
I have a particular interest in sports injuries and pregnancy related dysfunction and am passionate about getting to the root of the problem.
I believe that manual therapy works best when coupled with soft tissue work and an exercise/rehabilitation plan.
I am registered with the General Chiropractic Council(GCC) and British Chiropractic Association(BCA).
Originally from New Mexico, USA, I have lived in wales for 9 years. I am a proud Mother of a 6 month old boy and a 1 year old American Bulldog. I play the piano, guitar and I enjoy many sports. However, I particularly enjoy surfing, running, snowboarding, boxing, acroyoga and pole fit- ness.
I feel so lucky to be a Chiropractor and to be able to apply my skills and knowledge to help people get out of pain, restore function and improve their overall wellbeing.
